Ari Cleanliness Classs is grade of number of airborne particulate, according to the consistence of airborne particulate to measure air cleanliness classes in cleanroom and other controlled environments,to determine air cleanliness classes,by means of the maximum permitted partilce in every CBM in air. Cleanliness classes of airborne particulate in Cleanroom and clean zone see table1.
